一、个人简介:王彩妹,女,1991年2月生,天津人,硕士生导师。2014年毕业于天津大学,获材料成形与控制工程专业学士学位;2017年毕业于天津大学,获材料加工专业硕士学位;2021年毕业于天津大学,获船舶与海洋工程专业博士学位。2021年7月至今,就职于北京石油化工学院机械工程学院。
长期从事焊接冶金,金属材料的腐蚀防护、高熵合金熔覆层等方面的研究。现任机械工程专业研究生第二党支部书记。主持国家自然科学基金项目、交叉科研探索项目,入选北京市科学技术协会2023-2025年度青年人才托举工程。以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文18篇,公开申请专利2项,出版专著1部,获省部级科技进步一等奖1项,二等奖1项。获优秀URT计划项目,优秀URT计划项目指导教师,获2025年度国家级大学生创新创业计划项目。
