吕鹏飞，男，1986年9月出生，河南项城人，工学博士，副教授，硕士生导师。2008年毕业于郑州大学，获安全工程专业学士学位；2011年毕业于中国矿业大学（北京），获安全技术及工程专业硕士学位；2014年毕业于中国矿业大学（北京），获安全技术及工程专业博士学位。现任北京石油化工学院安全工程学院副院长。
从事易燃易爆危险源爆炸灾害效应及安全防护研究，承担有国家自然科学基金、原国家安监总局安全生产重特大事故防治关键技术科技项目等，发表学术论文十余篇，获教育部高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖（科学技术）二等奖（排名第3）、中国职业安全健康协会科学技术一等奖（排名第4）等。入选北京市属高校高水平教师队伍建设支持计划青年拔尖人才培育计划。
