赵文凡，管理学博士。1995年5月出生，2017年毕业于合肥工业大学信息管理与信息系统专业，获管理学学士学位；2019年毕业于中国石油大学（北京）管理科学与工程专业，获管理学硕士学位；2023年毕业于天津大学管理科学与工程专业，获管理学博士学位。

主要研究信息系统经济学、平台经济、企业数字化转型等，先后参与多项国家自然科学基金项目，公开发表/报告6篇学术/会议论文，包括《Journal of Management Science and Engineering》、《International Journal of Computer Integrated Manufacturing》、《Proceedings of the 14th China Summer Workshop on Information Management》、《The Fourteenth International Annual Conference of the Chinese Scholars Association for Management Science and Engineering》等。
