赵邑新
赵邑新，男，1974年生，河北唐山人，工学博士，教授，硕士生导师，韩国亚洲大学博士生导师，唐山市人民政府特聘专家，中国计算机学会高级会员、互联网专委会常委，中华预防医学会健康风险评估与控制专业委员会委员，中国人工智能学会会员，中国卫生信息学会专委会委员。1998年获清华大学计算机科学与技术系学士学位；2002年获清华大学计算机科学与技术系系统结构专业博士学位。现任人工智能研究院副院长,负责研究生工作，任北京石油化工学院信息学院副院长，负责科研工作。
2002年进入Intel中国，从事网络处理器及无线技术的研发，多次获得Intel部门奖和亚洲业务奖。 2005年加入IBM中国研究院，带领团队致力于统一通信领域，方案在全球15个国家部署，团队荣获2007年IBM研究成就奖。自2008年起专注于云计算，带领团队开发高性能海量存储系统，并参与业界对象存储标准的制定。自2010年初作为物联网技术中心项目经理，参与选择重要的行业与典型应用并管理各个子项目的开发。至2013年已有30余项专利。曾任山海树科技CTO；2014年5月创立北京新瑞时科技有限公司，致力于移动健康智能管理平台的建设，全面负责公司的运营。赵邑新还是一名积极的志愿者，曾于2009年赴非洲参加科技扶贫，并长期作为青年成就计划的成员为大学生提供就业指导；在IBM工作期间，从首届就开始参与工程师周活动，培养中学生对于科技与工程的兴趣。
